BACH FLOWER CONSULTATIONS

Bach Flower Remedies are a gentle and natural way to balance your emotions and bring  peace of mind and renewed joy to your life. Not to be confused with aromatherapy and essential oils, flower remedies are made from the essence of flowers and are taken internally as tasteless drops. They are naturally safe for the whole family, even pets, and can be taken along with medications or used with any other healing modalities. Taken consistently over time flower essences can also accelerate our personal growth.

In a Bach Flower Consultation, I will guide you and assess your current situation to determine which essences will help you. Initial sessions are usually 60 minutes in length in order to get a complete picture of your story. Follow-up sessions are usually shorter in length (approximately 30 minutes) in order to "check-in" about your feelings and the efficiency of your Bach flower remedy, but for those who need more time to talk and process feel free to purchase another initial consultation for the full hour that you need.​
