Being heard and having someone hold space for you is a sacred and healing experience. Sometimes it’s as simple as listening to you so that you can feel your feelings and hear yourself express them. Other times it’s mirroring back what you say. At times it’s suggested ideas or tools you can use to create a more peaceful experience, or manifesting the life you want to create, step by step, incrementally leading you to your heart’s desires. And often it will be Spirit speaking to you through my intuition giving loving guidance to you for your highest good.
I believe in steady progress and taking things one step at a time. Quantum shifts may happen but I believe in making small changes that over time create big shifts. I believe in miracles, and I believe miracles are simply a shift in perception. I believe in the goodness of life. I believe in the basic goodness of people. I believe we all have a unique purpose in this life. I believe I can help you find yours.
I have over 30 years of personal experience studying and applying spiritual principles and the law of attraction. I walk the talk, I live what I teach. I’m not perfect by any means. I’m still learning and growing and evolving myself, but that’s what makes me helpful to you. I can teach you what has worked for me.
